CUSTOMER NOTICE - 24/03/2020: Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, as part of HiruMed's contingency and business continuity planning, we have made provision for staff to work from home on a two-week rotation. You will still be able to contact all members of staff using their original contact details.

This decision has been made to safeguard the welfare of our staff and at the same time do our best to ensure continued support for our customers during this period.

In addition, we will not be providing on-site visits until further notice.

Should there be a need for all staff to self-isolate and work from home, we will continue to provide technical support. However, under those circumstances, we will not have access to our HSCN connection and therefore will not be able to provide remote technical support using that method. Therefore, local IT may be asked to perform tasks such as restarting the service.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions, and of course we will be in contact with you if there are any further changes to our service.
